Oh, mate, the breakfast was bonkers, great fuel to kickstart the day! And knowing we snagged a complimentary second room was a flat-out win. Plus, the location? Just a hop, skip, and jump from Coral Island and the tower, great for exploring!

the staff were very freindly and helpful, couldnt do enough for us. whatever time of day or night we needed something they were available. we will definately be staying again, very close to local pubs, and sea front. we were a group of girls on a drinking weekend, very noisy outside but wasnt a problem for us.

Great way to end our weekend. Everything was clean and very good. Exceptionally comfortable beds, nicely decorated rooms and nice bath. Fab location just off shopping centre, promenade and tower, and the winter gardens. Besides, easy to get to a famous Victorian entertainment complex. Excellent and great food for breakfast.

Consider requesting a larger room if traveling with family, as not all rooms accommodate extra space comfortably.

The New York themed room was so fun! Loved the mini fridge and the breakfast was on point! Just a bit noisy from the seagulls, though. 🏙️

Given a very warm welcome and made to feel very comfortable--- lovely couple who run it. In spite of being in the centre of Blackpool on a Saturday night, the room was very quiet and I had an undisturbed night! Breakfast good.

Well, the pillows were an absoluteley dreadful mix-one a rock, one a pancake. And don't even get me started on the out-of-date long life milk. Trying it woudl ve been a big 'no' for anyone with standards. A welcome gift for my troubles would have been appreciated, but I suppose that's asking too much here.

Spacious room with a powerful shower and comfortable bedding.
The pillows were quite uncomfortable, with one being too hard and the other too soft. Unfortunately, the long life milk provided was past its best before date by nearly a month, made me a bit wary. There was leftover water in the kettle that was not exactly appealing.
